• Little ones under 12 months play free with a paid sibling.

• Our space is thoughtfully designed for children ages 0–8. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, guests over 8 are not permitted in the play area during open play.

• SOCKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS (grown-ups too!). If you forget a pair, we have socks available for purchase at the front desk.

​​

• For everyone’s safety, all guests must have a signed waiver on file before entering the play area.

​​

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times — we love seeing families play together!

​​

• Outside coffee beverages a NOT permitted.

​

• NO FOOD CONTAINING NUTS IS ALLOWED.

​​

• To keep open play special for all guests, birthday celebrations (cake, gifts, balloons, etc.) are not allowed during open play.

• If you or your child is feeling unwell or has had a fever within the past 48 hours, we kindly ask that you plan to visit another day. We’re happy to credit your reservation. For the health of all guests, we reserve the right to deny entry if someone shows visible signs of illness.

• If your child is still potty training, please have them wear a diaper or pull-up to help us keep the space clean and safe for everyone.

​​

• Diaper changes must take place in the restroom only. Please do not change children in the play area or party rooms.
